Registration

Conference registration will be via PaperPlaza; at least one author of every accepted paper will be required to register for the conference.

Registration Fees

See the table below for registration fees. Prices are given in EUROS, the conversion rate is around 1$ = 0.76€ as of May/2012. Advance registration is open until the deadline for final paper submission, targeted at 31/July/2012.

Extra banquet tickets are available for EUR 60 or USD 75.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations on or before August 15, 2012, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (US$ 100). Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. On or after August 16, 2012, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution for MFI 2012, your registration fee cannot be refunded. In case of workshop and/or tutorial cancellations, the workshop and registration fee will not be refunded.
